Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 17, our People pillar focuses on promoting human well-being and equality.

As part of our ‘People’ pillar, we carry out actions such as:
- Well-being programme: Prioritising the health and wellbeing of our employees through comprehensive initiatives, including mental health support, wellbeing workshops, and fitness programmes.
- Inclusive Recruitment and DEI Manuals: Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices and developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) manuals to guide our hiring processes.
- Partnership with the Geek Girls Association: Empower gender diversity in technology through initiatives such as job shadowing opportunities and diversity talks designed to inspire and support women in STEM fields.
- Social responsibility actions: Collaboration with organisations such as Make-A-Wish, United Lisbon School, SPEM, Dress for Success, CASA and APAV to support various causes and social initiatives, including educational programmes, mentoring opportunities and fundraising events.
- Partnership with UNA Portugal: BI4ALL is the only Portuguese technology company partnered with UNA Portugal, an association whose goal is to contribute to the dissemination of the United Nations Charter and its principles.
