As part of our ‘People’ pillar, we carry out actions such as:

  • Well-being programme: Prioritising the health and wellbeing of our employees through comprehensive initiatives, including mental health support, wellbeing workshops, and fitness programmes.
  • Inclusive Recruitment and DEI Manuals: Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices and developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) manuals to guide our hiring processes.
  • Partnership with the Geek Girls Association: Empower gender diversity in technology through initiatives such as job shadowing opportunities and diversity talks designed to inspire and support women in STEM fields.
  • Social responsibility actions: Collaboration with organisations such as Make-A-Wish, United Lisbon School, SPEM, Dress for Success, CASA and APAV to support various causes and social initiatives, including educational programmes, mentoring opportunities and fundraising events.
  • Partnership with UNA Portugal: BI4ALL is the only Portuguese technology company partnered with UNA Portugal, an association whose goal is to contribute to the dissemination of the United Nations Charter and its principles.

  • Internal Environmental Actions: Initiatives such as tree planting campaigns, waste reduction programmes and the creation of eco-friendly mascots at BI4ALL, fostering a greener working environment and promoting environmental awareness among employees.
  • Sustainable improvements in the city of BI4ALL: Implementation of sustainable practices such as reducing plastic use, promoting energy efficiency, and installing solar panels to minimise our environmental footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.
