Tomorrow’22 gathers experts to debate the importance of disruptive technologies in organisations

Lisbon, 7th November 2022 – BI4ALL, a reference company in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence services, will bring together more than 30 industry experts to discuss the importance of adopting disruptive technology solutions in organisations, the power of insights for business, and the main trends in the sector. The conference will take place on 15 and 16 November at BI4ALL City and via streaming.

With a programme focused on the importance of the applicability of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence in organizations, Tomorrow, presented by Marta Leite Castro, will host more than 20 inspiring sessions dedicated to the power of insights in business, will feature over 30 national and international speakers of excellence, including BI4ALL experts in the field of Data and Artificial Intelligence, as well as renowned companies such as Lusíadas Saúde, EDP, Mudum Seguros, Montepio, Transdev, Varo Energy and CSL Vifor, who will share their experience and success stories.

The Power of Data – 15th November

The first day of the event will be under the theme “The Power of Data” and José Oliveira, CEO of BI4ALL will open the event, addressing how technological solutions have become crucial for the competitiveness of companies in the session “Innovation, Technology and Creativity: the trilogy for success”.

Early in the morning, Varo Energy and Rui Gorgueira, COO of BI4ALL, will participate in the panel “Is it possible to survive without Data Analytics”, moderated by journalist Fábio Monteiro, from Rádio Renascença, where they will share good examples of the benefits that Data Analytics brings to businesses.

Next, Nuno Barboza, Strategic Committee & Executive Board Member at BI4ALL, will welcome CSL Vifor and Lusíadas Saúde in a panel dedicated to the theme “Big Data for medical research and cure”, to show how digital, technology and data are transforming the future of health.

Also, during the morning, the event will feature Mohan Subramaniam, Professor of Strategy and Digital Transformation at IMD Business School, who will address “The Future of Competitive Strategy”.

Following lunch and the possibility to meet with experts and have good networking moments, a panel dedicated to Digital Transformation with the participation of Transdev, EDP, Mudum Seguro and Andro Moreira, Partner of BI4ALL.

Guest speaker Jonathan Murray, President and Chief Technology Officer at Digital Prism Advisors, will present the session “The Autonomous Enterprise”, where he will look at the future of digital enterprises and then focus on the Nearshore model and what we can expect for the future.

The first day ends with three partner sessions: Microsoft, MicroStrategy and Google, showing the future of technology and how data brings added value to companies.

 

Create the Future – 16th November

Under the theme “Create the Future”, BI4ALL’s Partners, Hugo Pinto and Andro Moreira, will open the second day of the event, which will feature rich content and excellent knowledge sharing moments, where BI4ALL’s specialists will unveil the specific features and benefits of the different solutions.

The day will therefore start with a discussion on how to adopt a hybrid cloud or multi-cloud strategy and live to tell the story. The Centre of Excellence and its importance in projects and sessions on two BI4ALL products will also be addressed: Data Entry and Doc Recognizer.

In the session “Streamline your analytics with Event-Drive Architecture – From theory to practice”, we will discuss how to leverage the events generated by the systems and how to transform transactions into events. Also, before lunch, “Automation, RPA and Testing”, we will explore practical examples in the area of RPA – Robotic Process Automation, as well as approaching test automation.

Then returning to the Cloud theme that promises to mark the coming year, in the session “Analytics Go2Cloud – The beginning of journey” we will share success stories where the transition to the Cloud is ongoing.

Following an IBM-led session, the topic of ‘Upskilling Talent Development’ will be on the table at a time when YouTube-based learning is on the rise and there is a need to ‘separate the wheat from the chaff’.

Closing the event, there will be a session presented by Escola 42, a project that BI4ALL has supported since its creation in Portugal.
