Do you want to start a career in data? BI4ALL opens applications for the 18th Data Academy

Lisbon, 13 January 2026 – BI4ALL, a leading company in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence services, has opened applications for the 18th edition of the Data Academy, which will start on 2 March and will welcome 10 participants.

The Data Academy is an intensive training program aimed at recent graduates, designed to foster the development of technical and professional skills in key areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance, combining theoretical learning with hands-on experience in real projects.

Throughout the programme, participants will work with technologies and approaches such as ETL, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, Data Visualisation and Cloud Computing. They will also benefit from close mentoring by experienced professionals, in an environment that encourages continuous learning and individual growth.

BI4ALL is looking for recent graduates with an academic background in technological or analytical fields, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management or similar areas, who demonstrate an interest in the data domain (BI, Analytics, Big Data). Skills such as analytical thinking, proactivity, a collaborative mindset, a willingness to learn and to evolve technologically, as well as a good command of the English language, are highly valued.

“More than just a training programme, the Data Academy positions itself as a gateway to the future of technology and data analytics, reflecting BI4ALL’s commitment to developing young talent, innovation and the sustainable growth of the technology sector,” highlights Inês Xavier, Chief People Officer at BI4ALL.

Applications for the 18th edition of the Data Academy are now open and can be submitted via the following link.
