16th Edition of the Data Academy: BI4ALL looks for new talent

Lisbon, February 3, 2025 – On March 10, BI4ALL, a leading company in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence services, will launch the 16th edition of the Data Academy, a programme aimed at training and integrating young graduates into the job market.

This initiative offers theoretical and practical training in Analytics and AI, Big Data, Data Governance, Business Analysis, and Data Visualisation, preparing participants for a successful career in the world of data.

Throughout the program, participants will have access to comprehensive learning, which includes training in concepts such as ETL, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, Data Visualisation, data manipulation languages and contact with the latest Cloud technologies. Rather than teaching technical skills, Data Academy is committed to a personalised and practical approach, ensuring that trainees always have the necessary support for a positive transition and growth in the professional world.

The Data Academy trainers are experienced professionals, many of whom have already participated in the programme at the start of their careers. In addition, once the theoretical part has been completed, integration into real projects is monitored, ensuring that each young talent feels prepared and confident to face new challenges.

The Data Academy reflects BI4ALL’s commitment to nurturing young talent and creating fair and inclusive opportunities for career development in the world of data. At the end of the training, participants will have the chance to join the company’s challenging projects, both nationally and internationally.

“We start 2025 looking for new talent because, at BI4ALL, we believe in the power of learning and sharing knowledge. At BI4ALL, we believe that the future is built by investing in people and their potential. Throughout the 16 editions of the Data Academy, we have dedicated our efforts to training and bringing together young talent, preparing them for the challenges of a demanding and constantly evolving market,” says José Oliveira, BI4ALL’s CEO.

BI4ALL is looking for young people who are passionate about turning data into valuable insights and creating impact through technology. We are looking for profiles with a background in areas such as Computer Science, Information Management, Applied Maths, or Engineering interested in Analytics and AI, Business Intelligence, and Big Data.
