BI4ALL opens applications for the 15th edition of the Talent Academy

Lisbon, July 3rd, 2024 – BI4ALL, a leading company in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence services, announces a new edition of Talent Academy, a programme developed by the technology company to boost and accelerate the integration of young graduates into the labour market. In this edition, scheduled to start in September, participants will receive theoretical and practical training in the areas of Analytics, Big Data and Data Visualization. The application process is open until July 31st, on the company’s website. 

By organising the 15th edition of the Talent Academy, BI4ALL XX aims to encourage participants to enter the labour market in a sustainable manner by developing their knowledge of different technologies, their analytical thinking and their practical applicability in organisations. For 2 months, participants will be able to learn about and work closely with end-to-end technologies, ETL components, Data Warehousing and Data Visualization, learn data manipulation languages ​​and have contact with the latest Cloud technologies. At the end, the trainees will have the opportunity to join the company’s projects at national and international level.

We believe in the talent and ability of young people, and being able to be part of their learning cycle is an opportunity for BI4ALL and its professionals, who can pass on  their knowledge already acquired through experience, but also absorb and think about new approaches and challenges presented by these generations present”, comments José Oliveira, CEO of BI4ALL. 

Academic qualifications in Computer Science, Information Management, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar, among other skills, such as good knowledge of English, proactivity and a collaborative attitude, are valued for joining this programme. At the company’s headquarters, BI4ALL City, young people find a collaborative environment, with work and leisure spaces (Cafeteria, Padel Court, Gym, Table Tennis, among others).
