Lisbon, March 9^th, 2023 – BI4ALL, a reference company in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence services, created the “University World” project to attract talent and position its internal brand in the education universe. The Employer Branding area of the company is responsible for driving the new project, which has a national and international reach.

This project aims to attract new talent and foster relationships between the various educational institutes, students, teaching staff and employment offices through partnerships and action plans, thus contributing to efficient and sustainable employability as a benchmark company in the technology sector.

As representative pillars of this project, we highlight active protocols with NOVA IMS, ISCTE and 42 Lisboa through mentoring programs, training, open days, technical sessions, recruitment fairs, hackathons, and ambassador programs, among other dynamics.

Last March 2nd, the Noble Hall of NOVA IMS University was the stage for the Awards Ceremony for the winning students of the Best Business Intelligence Projects. This initiative is promoted annually by BI4ALL in partnership with the University NOVA IMS under the established protocol.

The “University World” project has already resulted in several punctual actions with other entities, like the University of Southern Denmark, Minho University, NOVA FCT, FEUP, Porto Business School, ESCO, TECMAIA and INETE.
