"Plant a Tree" Association
BI4ALL donated 300 plants to the Association, which were planted at the Vila Maria Eco Farm, as part of the ESCAPES European Volunteer Solidarity Corps project.
"Aconchegar"
BI4ALL is an ambassador for this project through our CEO, José Oliveira, helping to bring beds to various hospitals and other infrastructures in the country.
Tercena Temporary Accommodation Centre
Donation of clothes that will help several women enter the labour market and get a new start in life.
Dress for Success
BI4ALL donated supplies to help the population with their needs during the fires that took over the municipality of Arganil.
Coja and Barril de Alva fires
Donation of food, hygiene products, clothes and other goods to the Association.
APAV (Victim Support Office)
BI4ALL donated to help the organisation purchase goods necessary for its well-being.
Peniche Solidarity and Culture Centre

- Wellbeing Program: Prioritising the health and wellness of our employees through comprehensive initiatives, including mental health support, wellness workshops, and fitness programs.
- Inclusive Recruitment and DEI Manuals: Ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices and developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) manuals to guide our hiring processes.
- Partnership with Geek Girls Association: Empowering gender diversity in tech through initiatives such as job shadowing opportunities and hosting diversity talks aimed at inspiring and supporting women in STEM fields.
- Social Responsibility Actions: Collaborating with organisations like Make-A-Wish, United Lisbon School, SPEM, Dress for Success, CASA, and APAV to support various social causes and initiatives, including educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and fundraising events.
Planet
Underpinned by United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 7, 12, and 15, our Planet pillar is dedicated to environmental sustainability.
These SDGs encompass:

Ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all while also promoting renewable energy sources.

Promoting sustainable consumption and production patterns, including reducing waste generation and minimizing environmental impact.
