"Plant a Tree" Association

BI4ALL donated 300 plants to the Association, which were planted at the Vila Maria Eco Farm, as part of the ESCAPES European Volunteer Solidarity Corps project.

BI4ALL is an ambassador for this project through our CEO, José Oliveira, helping to bring beds to various hospitals and other infrastructures in the country.

  • Wellbeing Program: Prioritising the health and wellness of our employees through comprehensive initiatives, including mental health support, wellness workshops, and fitness programs.
  • Inclusive Recruitment and DEI Manuals: Ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices and developing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) manuals to guide our hiring processes.
  • Partnership with Geek Girls Association: Empowering gender diversity in tech through initiatives such as job shadowing opportunities and hosting diversity talks aimed at inspiring and supporting women in STEM fields.
  • Social Responsibility Actions: Collaborating with organisations like Make-A-Wish, United Lisbon School, SPEM, Dress for Success, CASA, and APAV to support various social causes and initiatives, including educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and fundraising events.

  • BI4ALL City Sustainable Improvements: Implementing sustainable practices such as reducing plastic usage, promoting energy efficiency, and installing solar panels to minimise our environmental footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.
